Roasted Banana Canoe
For each serving:
* 1 large banana
* 2 tbsp mini marshmallows
* 1 tbsp chocolate chips
Peel back one section about 1 1/2" wide of banana. Scoop out some banana meat so it resembles a canoe.
Fill the cavity with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Fold the banana peel back and wrap the banana in aluminum foil.
Roast on hot coals for about 10 minutes. Carefully remove from hot coals (don't burn yourself), and allow to cool for
about a minute.
Open and eat right out of the banana peel. It is excellent over ice cream!!!!
